Recognition
The subject changes. The emotional sequence often doesn't.
The Same Fight
You start talking about something small. Somehow it becomes the same argument you've had ten times before.
The Communication Trap
You explain yourself. They say you are blaming them. You explain again. Now you're both defending yourselves instead of listening.
The Distance Cycle
One person wants to talk. The other needs space. The more one pushes, the more the other withdraws. And the distance grows.
The Make-Up Loop
You fight. You cool down. You promise things will be different. For a while, they are. Then the same trigger appears again.
If you can predict how the next argument will unfold, it may be time to understand the pattern underneath it.

The Reframe
The arguments may be about money. Or chores. Or attention. Or family.
Or communication. Or intimacy. Or messages.
But what if the topic isn't the real reason the fight keeps repeating?
What if there is a deeper pattern underneath the different situations?
Don't try to fix 20 different problems.
Find the loop creating them.
The Pattern
You may think you're fighting about the dishes, money, the phone or your partner's family. But if the same emotional sequence keeps happening, changing the topic won't necessarily change the outcome.
Inside The 90 Minutes
You don't need another communication trick if you keep ending up in the same fight.
3 Powerful Shifts That Can Change The Way You Relate
Why does a conversation about money, chores, messages, family or attention somehow become the same argument? You'll learn to look beyond the topic and recognise what keeps triggering the same reactions.
One person reacts. The other reacts back. One withdraws. The other pushes harder. You'll learn how to recognise the cycle while it is happening — and create space for a different response.
You talk, make up and promise to communicate better. Then somehow you're back in the same fight. You'll discover why good intentions alone often don't create lasting change — and what needs to shift for healthier patterns to stick.
See the cycle clearly — before it pulls you into the same response again.

“You are not what happened to you; you are what you choose to become.”
Hi, I'm Poornima.
For years, I thought many of life's struggles were simply about people.
People misunderstanding me. People not listening. People reacting differently than I expected. People getting stuck in the same situations.
But over time, I began seeing something deeper.
The same problems often weren't happening because people were incapable of change. They were repeating because something underneath the behaviour had never changed.
My own journey taught me this personally.
I grew up quiet and fearful of expressing myself. Public speaking once felt terrifying to me.
But I eventually realised that my fear and silence were not “who I was”. They were patterns shaped by my past experiences and environment.
And if conditioning could shape those patterns, conscious awareness and a different ecosystem could reshape them too.
That realisation changed the way I looked at people.
Instead of asking: “What's wrong with this person?”
I began asking: “What is creating this behaviour?”
That question became the foundation of my work in human development.
Over the last 10+ years, I've worked with children, youth, adults and professionals — learning to look beyond visible behaviour and understand the patterns underneath it.
Today, I help people recognise the emotional and behavioural cycles that keep showing up in relationships, parenting and personal growth — so they can stop fighting the symptom and start understanding what creates it.
